If you have received a payment failure/order failure alert, this could potentially be a result of an erroneous fraud alert triggered by either our 3rd party processor and/or your financial institution, or because of your bank not supporting the AVS Fraud Verification.


In this case, you can contact your financial institution to understand the exact reason for this error. Since it is a third party processor or a bank issue SYB is unable to provide a solution.


You can also place your order through Paypal or Amazon Pay. SYB accepts both of these payment methods, and that may be the best way to make your purchase without triggering a merchant alert.
